Every attorney at our firm has access to a structured mentorship program, continuing legal education subsidies, and the guidance of partners with decades of experience across multiple practice areas.
We respect that our attorneys have lives outside the office. Flexible scheduling, remote work options for administrative roles, generous PTO, and firm-wide wellness initiatives keep our team performing at their best.
Our pro bono program and community partnerships mean you will do legal work that matters beyond the billable hour. Many of our attorneys cite their pro bono cases as the most meaningful work of their careers.
We are currently seeking talented professionals to join our growing team. All positions are based in our Nashville, Tennessee office.

This role is ideal for an attorney with 2 to 4 years of criminal defense experience who is ready to take on a broader caseload under the mentorship of our senior partners. Tennessee bar admission is required. Experience in felony defense, suppression motions, and jury trial preparation is strongly preferred.
We are looking for a detail-oriented paralegal with 3 or more years of experience supporting real estate closings, title review, or immigration filings. From day one, every member of the Nashville Justice Partners team is welcomed into a culture that prioritizes human dignity alongside professional excellence. We are a firm founded by an immigrant who built something meaningful in Nashville — and that founding ethos permeates how we treat our people. Diversity is not a policy here; it is the fabric of who we are.
Professional development is built into the rhythm of the firm. Monthly attorney roundtables, CLE programming, and one-on-one mentorship from senior partners ensure that every associate has a genuine pathway to growth. We do not hire attorneys to fill seats — we hire people we are proud to invest in.
We are also deeply rooted in the Nashville community. Our attorneys volunteer, serve on boards, and participate in civic initiatives. When you join Nashville Justice Partners, you join a firm that sees its role in the city as something larger than litigation. We are here to contribute — and we want you to be part of that.
Diversity & Inclusion
Our team reflects the diversity of the clients and community we serve. Every voice is heard and every perspective is valued at every level of the firm.
Continuous Learning
The law evolves constantly. We fund CLE credits, bar association memberships, and conference attendance so our attorneys stay at the forefront of their fields.
Work-Life Harmony
Sustainable legal careers require balance. We enforce healthy boundaries, encourage time off, and build workflow systems that protect our team from unnecessary burnout.
Community Service
Paid time for pro bono matters and community service is built into every attorney's schedule. Giving back to Nashville is a professional expectation, not a personal choice we leave to chance.
We welcome applications from exceptional legal and administrative professionals at any time — not just when a position is posted. If you are passionate about the law, committed to client service, and believe you would strengthen our team, we want to hear from you.
